Refund and Return Policy

At Hafiz Care, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their products in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit or processing.

Important Note: Our refund policy is strictly applicable only if the return request is initiated within 24 hours of the order being delivered. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following two conditions:

  • Damaged Parcel: If the product arrives physically damaged.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If the product received is different from what you ordered.

2. Condition of Product

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot process refunds for items that have been used or where the seal has been broken.

3. Return Process

If you receive a damaged or wrong parcel, please follow these steps:

  • Shipping the Item: After our approval, the customer must send the parcel back to our official address using any reliable courier service.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Approval

Once we receive your returned parcel and inspect it:

  • We will verify if the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to your provided bank account or original payment method within [7-10] working days.
